Jarvas Store – Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At Jarvas Store, we focus on providing high-quality, comfortable, and affordable clothing for infants and kids. We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience while maintaining a fair and transparent policy.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped.
- If cancelled within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Refund Processing Fee
- If a cancellation is requested after order processing but before dispatch, a 10% processing fee will be deducted.
- The remaining 90% will be refunded to the original payment method.
- This fee covers payment gateway charges, packaging, and operational costs.
3. Cancellation of Processed Orders
- Once an order is packed or ready for dispatch, cancellation is generally not allowed.
- In exceptional cases, if approved, the refund will be provided as store credit after applicable deductions.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on Jarvas Store.
4. Refusing Delivery
- If you refuse to accept the order at delivery:
- The product will be returned to our warehouse.
- A store credit equivalent to the order value will be issued.
- No monetary refund will be provided in such cases.
5. Reshipping of Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Delivery refusal
A ₹60 reshipping fee per kilogram will be applicable to send the order again.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear opening videos for verification. No normal photos accepted.
- After approval, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
7. Size & Product Disclaimer
- Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
- These do not qualify for returns or refunds.
8. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging with tags intact
9. Final Policy Clause
