1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing time may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
    • Other Locations: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If you are unavailable during delivery:
    • The package may be returned to our warehouse.
    • A reshipping fee of ₹60 may be applicable.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate.
  • Jarvas Store is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Delivery delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Natural disasters
    • Government restrictions
    • Courier service disruptions
  • We appreciate your patience in such situations.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing:
    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
    • Share clear opening videos for verification, no photos accepted 
  • We will assist you with a replacement or suitable resolution.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for selected locations.
  • Please ensure availability to receive the order to avoid cancellations or restrictions on future COD orders.
